Solutions
We focus on improving behavioral health care through collaboration and the use of digital tools, medication management, and genomic assessments.
Solutions
Improve Clinical Response
Our clinical and operational team of experts incorporate digital health solutions to align and integrate processes, proactively identify patient care risk, and enhance coordination of care across departments and clinics.
Clinical integration optimizes financial spend and allows for cross-training of best practice from both a clinical and financial perspective.
Reductions in Emergency Room Visits
Each Zenova team member is trained using some of the latest in digital health solutions and protocol to assist in reducing adverse drug events and proactive patient care. This has been successful in reducing both inpatient care spend as well as ER visits.
However, when acute care events occur, we impose an electornic referral notification so a team member can interact with patients within 24 hours to immediately work on support solutions.
Reduction in Hospitalizations
We focus specifically on behavioral health. Behavioral and substance use disorders continue to be part of the most important contributors to the global burden on disease in children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. In 2021, it was estimated that approximately 57.8 million US adults, or nearly 1 in 5 Americans, have a mental health disorder. Spending in 2019 increased considerably in the US to $225 billion and continues to rise.
To combat this problem, Zenova and its strategic partners will be addressing the existing health care prescribing and subsequent treatment monitoring framework with the use of a comprehensive digital health platform that incorporates both medication therapy management, genomic testing, interactive intense community support programs, and collaborative models to keep all care providers informed and engaged in care.
Assistance in Daily Living Support
Zenova believes individuals respond positively to treatment which enables them to function within their local community. Supporting these needs involves working with a multitude of organizations and a collaborative coordinated effort.
We focus on servicing populations in rural underserved communities. Zenova’s goal is to fill the gaps in care needs to compliment the clinical work of behavioral health specialists as well as the primary care providers caring for those with mental health and substance use disorders.
